Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally at no extra cost to you.

We hated getting to checkout and suddenly being hit with extra shipping fees just
because the order was going overseas, so we do not do that. We factor
international shipping into our pricing, so the price you see is the price you
pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our boots are made to order, and the full estimated turnaround is up
to six weeks.

What does made to order mean?

It means your pair is produced after your order is placed, rather than taken from large pre-made stock. As a growing brand, we are not producing at massive volume yet, which is why we give an estimated turnaround of up to six weeks.

Are more colourways coming?

Yes. This is just the beginning, and more colourways and designs are
on the way.

Why don’t you offer more sizes yet, and can I request one?

We are still in the early stages, so we have started with a focused size run first. We do plan to expand into more sizes. If you want a larger or smaller size, please use the contact form on our website so we can track demand properly and prioritise future development.

What surface are these boots designed for, and can I use them elsewhere?

These boots were designed and optimised for 3G artificial grass, and that is the surface we recommend. They can be used on other surfaces, but our testing and
decision-making were centred on 3G, so that is where we are most confident in
their performance.

Aren’t traditional football boots already designed for performance?

They’re sold as performance. That does not mean the design is evidence-based. The broader direction of sports science is clear: the foot should be supported, not distorted. A better performance boot works with the foot’s natural shape, not against it.

How do returns work?

We want returns to be simple.

Please keep the boots, box and packaging in good condition. Try them on indoors to check the size, fit and feel, but do not use them for playing if you are planning to return them.

If the size is not right, contact us and we will help arrange a size exchange. You will not have to wait another six weeks for the replacement size, as we keep exchange stock aside where possible.

If you would prefer a return, contact us and we will either send you a return label or give you the return address so you can ship them back to us.

If you have played in them and something still feels wrong, contact us anyway. We will look at it fairly and help sort it out.
